500 bees take a month to make one kilo of honey.

| 500g bread or pizza flour |
| 7g dry yeast |
| 1 tsp sugar |
| 300ml warm water |
| 2 tblsp olive oil |
| Pinch of salt |
| Chocolate Filling |

| 150g unsalted butter, lightly melted |
| ¾ cup cocoa powder |
| 1½ cups Wescobee honey |
| 4 beaten eggs |
| 100g self-raising flour |
| Pinch of baking powder |
| 150g dark cooking chocolate, finely chopped |
| Honey Chocolate Icing |

| 150g dark cooking chocolate |
| 50g butter |
| 3 tblsp Wescobee honey |
| Method |

| Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. |
| Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and allow all the yeast to become active with foaming bubbles. This will take around 10 minutes. |
| Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour in the foaming yeast and water mixture. |
| Mix in oil and salt. On a floured board, knead the mixture for 5 minutes. |
| Place dough in a warm place and cover with a damp cloth until it doubles in size |
| Knock the dough back and allow it to rise again. |
| Chocolate Filling Method |

| Mix melted butter, cocoa powder, honey and eggs to form a thick rich chocolate brownie type base. |
| Fold in flour, baking powder and chopped chocolate. |
| Roll out four 20 cm pizza bases. |
| Top with a layer of the chocolate topping mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 2500-2700C or until the edges are golden brown. |
| Let the pizza cool down before serving. |
| Drizzle honey chocolate icing over pizza. |
